ABOUT THE PARKER GROUP, INC.

The Parker Group, Inc. was founded in 1986. We are located just north of Detroit in Clinton Township, Michigan, and employ 20 full-time technicians, along with an excellent customer service and administrative staff at our 12,500 square foot facility.

The Parker Group, Inc. was a “FUTURE 50 OF DETROIT” awardee in 1997, and is ISO-9001:2008 registered.

Our sales and marketing team supports our customer base and distribution network nationwide and in Canada. We currently offer two SATELLITE REPAIR LOCATIONS through our distributor partner, with plans to add more offsite repair locations.

Our highly qualified technicians have the experience and training to repair cutting edge surface mount technology, through hole technology, and other board construction types. We also have the capability to BUILD NEW PRODUCTS for our customers, or re-design and update obsolete products.
